Returns and Warranty Policy
All product purchases are final sales, except under the return conditions outlined below. Returns may be requested within 45 days of the original purchase date, and the product must be received by us within the 45-day period to qualify.
Eligible return reasons include:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect product purchased
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Limited Warranty
In accordance with industry standards, our products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product.
For all warranty claims, photographs and/or return of the product for inspection may be required before a replacement is approved. Approved warranty claims are eligible for a one-time replacement of the defective product.
